Claims Genie is a proof-of-concept designed by Capco to demonstrate how AI-native intelligence can transform the insurance claims journey. By embedding automation, real-time validation and empathetic guided support, the experience showcases what’s possible when claims processing is rethought with AI at its core.

I defined the brand look and feel for Claims Genie and laid the foundation for Capco’s Genie design system—establishing visual standards, reusable components, and interaction patterns that not only created a cohesive experience but also set the stage for scalable, AI-driven product design.

Claims Genie streamlines repetitive, manual steps by embedding automation directly into the journey. The system anticipates user needs, reduces friction, and accelerates processing — turning what used to be hours of back-and-forth into a seamless, guided experience.

AI-powered validation checks documents and data inputs in real time, flagging errors or missing details before they become bottlenecks. This not only improves accuracy but also reassures users that
their submission is progressing correctly.
