Optum approached Capco to explore how AI could enhance the healthcare enrollment experience—an area often hindered by manual, time-intensive tasks and unnecessary complexity. By introducing intelligent automation, the goal was to streamline enrollment, reduce friction, and create a more efficient process for users.
